    Here it is 11 p.m. and I just put a 9 pound butt in the MES at 225*. Filled the 18" AMNTS with a mix of what ever pellets I have in the garage, neither one of us can test a difference from one pellet to another. I get about 8 hours of burn on the AMNTS, will be up early tomorrow to go for breakfast so plan is to pull the AMNTS out and replace it with the AMNPS. Depending on where the temperature is at noon tomorrow I may foil....pictures are on my phone which is on the charger....

    Awesome, I've had a butt on for 14 hrs now & it's almost done ! They take a long time but are sure worth it... Thumbs Up

    Stuck the probe in at 6:05 am, was at 165. At 6:20 it read 163...

    Sure does look purdy...

    Swapped the tube out at 6:25, still had some smoke left.

    Pulled after 18 hours, 197*. When I pulled the probe I damn near got peed on, sure was juicy. Just about came apart in my hands when I removed it from the Q-Mat. Pictures after it takes a bit of a nap.

    Made some of Chef JJ's finishing sauce. Also made some King Arthur buns.
