Hey every one I have been reading this forum for quite some time now and I wanted to join in share some information, and learn a few things from you guys. I love BBQ but in Montana its really not that popular so I need some help from time to time and it looks like this is the place to find it.

hey, trevor - you got the God's Country part right! i live in chinook. welcome to the site and be prepared for some good information from these folks. a little over a year ago, i thought McRib was barbecue - these folks cured me!

ask any quesitons and you will get good answers. one thing i can suggest right away is to download the BBQFAQ. it is a word format document that you can keep on your desktop and refer to any time, skip around for what you're looking for etc. here's a link to a SAFE zip file download that will extract to a word document:
