I have a pure addiction to grilling and smoking meats and even veggies!

I love working my magic by turning out some great eats. Suprising myself and taste testers more and more. I run a simple Weber Silver Kettle grill, or my office as I put it. Brisket, Boston Butts, pork ribs, chicken, pork loins, salmon, whatever else fancies my budget and taste! I did my first slab of pork belly for some home cure; smoked Bacon.... Then fried to perfection!

Always absorbing new info and techniques.
