I think I've gotten a pretty good understanding of how these things are supposed to work but I've never done any before. Any short, sweet and honest words of wisdom out there for me?
Rolling up the meat in plastic wrap, then twisting the ends to tighten the meat up good and snug... if you have time, refer the meat so it sticks together well.... this can even be done with the bacon applied.... Make extra because they are soooooooo good....
You may have to poke small holes in the plastic wrap to let the air out.... much like you do when stuffing sausage....
