I'm sold.....Best way to do Ribs! Sorry no Q-View

    Well, I'm sold!  I did my ribs today using 3-2-1, and they were the best I've ever done. 

    I used a KC rub and let them sit over night.  3 hrs of smoke with hickory. 2 hrs in a foil pan with a some beer to moisten them. Then 1 hr to firm back up.  Had trouble pulling them out of the smoker since they all wanted to fall apart.  They are the moistest, most tender ribs I've cooked.

    Just wanted to send out a huge thanks for sharing the 3-2-1 method, for those of us who never knew!
