Hey all,

I'm SmokeyFrog, My wife calls me, in between some cutesy and some less savory names, Adam. I live in Philadelphia and I'm a busy hobbyist by nature, a geek by trade and an amateur smoked food enthusiast by choice. I purchased a Brinkmann Smoke N Grill in June of this year for a camping trip with a large group of friends that resulted in a very memorable weekend. I had only planned to do a Corned Beef, and a Pork Shoulder but ended up throwing ribs on as well. It was hard work feeding all those people. It was pretty awesome. the reward outweiged the price. Since then I've been hooked. To date, I've done the following, in no particular order

Corned Beef Brisket x3

Pork Shoulder x2

Sweet and Hot italian sausage

Sage sausage

Chicken wings

Pork Royale roast

Jalepeno Peppers I only did to as an experiment and they turned out terrific. about 45 minutes at 225-250.

I want to experiment with more vegetables. My wife had the idea for a smoked corn relish and I'm thinking about a smokey jalepeno apple butter...
