From Eagle, CO!!!! Born and raised in the Sooner State. I've been living in Eagle, CO for the past 4 years. My wife recently purchased a GOSM propane smoker for my birthday. I smoked a butt in it today, and it is sitting in the cooler.....waiting to be pulled!

While I was growing up, my dad would bbq almost every weekend. He is a master Q'er. Usually ribs, chicken and brisket. Also usually beef. I'm more of a pork man myself. But I do enjoy a fine brisket. I'll have to tackle that soon enough.

My wife and I both work for municipal governments, but for different towns. She works in Community Development and I work in public safety. No kids, unless you count the 4 legged kind. I enjoy spending time with my wife, fishing, bbq'ing, reading, camping and working on my 4x4. I say working on it rather than driving it, 'cause I think I spend more time working on it than driving it!

I'm looking forward to learning and sharing bbq and life with you all. If you're ever in my area, let me know! I'll make sure to have a fresh plate of hot bbq waiting.
