Welcome BigTn, unless someone finds you a link before I do I'll try to find one.
I know The Dude Abides did a great bacon weave tutorial a while back.
You are going to love your first fattie, any thoughts about what you are putting in it?

When you get a chance stop by Roll Call and introduce yourself to everyone.

*Well looks like rhankinsjr gave you a great link.

Here are 2 from Dude that also contain bacon weave and rolling tutorials.

Thanks! I have no idea what to put into a fattie. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Sky is the limit.

A few really popular ones are cheese and pepperoni, or breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes and whatever else you like.

I love them with a bold sausage and marinated mozzarella, garlic, peppers in it.

You can do spicy versions, sweet versions.
Try and think of what a few of your favorite ingredients or favorite meals are and then take that dish or main ingredient and try it out.

Did one with maple sausage, stuffed with a brown sugar sauteed banana, some honey and coated with pecans. It wasn't very good but at least it shows just how diverse a fattie truly can be.

I just did some fatties with maple sausage from Jimmy dean and the filling was canned apple pie filling with honey and cheddar cheese.

Hi Big T, welcome to the forum!

There's about a million ways to make a fattie and one is only limited by their imagination. Lots of good experiments around the SMF and all look and taste outstanding.

Here's an idea you may be interested in looking at, an Italian All-Meat Fattie which turned out to be so much better than I could have imagined.

Happy fattie-making and don't forget to post pics, good or bad, on your first try. Good smokes to you, bud!

The fattie is just the vechile that is used to stuff in. You can but anything that you can dream up just make sure that some stuff needs to be cooked either part ways or fully. Other then that smoke on Big T
