Hello, all! Well, my last year+ has been a royal cluster, with a divorce and all of the joy that brings. But now I've kinda got my ship righted and pointed in the right direction again, and now that I have a bit of time on my hands I want to get back to some serious cooking! I've got another cooker in the works and will post some pics in the appropriate area when I get my pics together.
