I'm back....well sort of

Hey everyone, its been awhile since I've been on (excluding yesterday) but thought I'd let everyone know that I'm back....sorta. I'm currently in Afghanistan (in the Air Force for those who didn't know) for the summer. I should be back in Sept, which really stinks because I'm missing the whole summer and precious time for smoking and home brewing!!!! I've got a few mods lined up for the wide body when I get back.....what is it you're asking? I guess you'll just have to wait until I get back to see for yourselves

I look forward to reading and especially the qviews of everyone's success stories this summer!

thanks everyone, i appreciate it! we have a bbq dining hall over here that i tried the other day (its free) but its just not the same. while the food wasn't all that bad, i just miss putting in the labor that makes bbq so great. plus, there's nothing better than having a full stomach and smelling like smoke and beer at the end of the night!!!!

You're so right, nothing beats the hard work and pay off from smoking, and the beer and smoke stank compliment each other so well with overtones of smoked goodness in the stomach that nothing can compare!

I have heard that a lot of soldiers have had trouble getting things like new movies and just different DVDs in general over there. Would love to help you out and send you some of the newest entertainment available, and not the "average" terrible video/audio quality I have heard is so common that our troops have to deal with.

Also, have you had bacon salt? Not sure if it is truly true but heard that in those "different" countries where they have issues with pork you guys have to miss out on bacon.
If that is true then I would love to send you a few bottles of bacon salt. It is allowed in the Middle East because it is kosher, vegetarian and on many dishes it does taste like bacon.
