Well folks, we had a nice vacation that didnt last long enough. We spent some time in Nevada, Utah, and Idaho.
Got back and two days later I was supervising a new roof job. Then we had the central A/C installed. Now we're having the stucco fixed and painting the house. I had to pull up my basil and my cukes for the guys to do some work on the stucco.
This weekend I'm having a sprinler system installed in the backyard. I probably won't be able to pull off a smoke for another week or so. I think I need a vacation.
Keep the smoke going and the fires lit. Great to know we have a lot of new members who are really into enjoying the outdoors, and the smoked goodies too.

Welcome back Rich. Glad you had a good time on your vacation. It does sound like you'll be ready for another one when you're all done with your construction.

Glad you had a good trip Rich sounds like your a busy man right now with all the home improvement projects going on.

Rich, glad your vacation was great. To bad we couldn't hookup when you passed through Utah-was looking forward to meeting you in person.

Fire up that smoker anyway and tell the installers the sooner they finish getting that sprinkler system into the ground the sooner they get what's in the smoker. Nothing like a little motivation to get the job done quicker.

Hey Rich,

Glad to have you back and glad to hear that you had a good trip.

Take it easy.

Maybe next time around Dutch.

Good to hear from you Rich, I was wondering where you were lately. Sounds like a very busy summer you have lined up.

Welcome back or WB as we say in the chat. I kind of wondered where you got to. Glad you had a great time.

Parts of my house are over 100 years old and I have had lots of stuff to do to keep it from falling over. New roof last spring found some awesome old newspapers stuffed in the rafters. Fxing It up never ends. Oh sure it slows down sometimes but it never ends.

After all that constuction you'll need a vacation. Glad you had a good real vacation.

Welcome back, Rich! Just took a vacation like that myself, spent 4 days of it in my son's garage @ 105° or higher remodeling it into storage/workshop areas, tuckered my old carcass right out, I tell ya!
