Whatsup everyone. Finally a place to find some legitimite help. I just bought a smoker and havent even used it yet. I've been grilling over gas for years now, but recently took interest in barbeque. I rigged the old indirect heat and tin foil- woodchip bag a couple times. Ribs turned out ok, but not as good as i know they can be. Anyways, i look forward to talking to ya'll soon.
