Hello my name is Ken and I live in West Central Florida, this Christmas my mother in law got me a Char-broil Double Chef Smoker. Now I have always liked grillin on a bbq grill, we have a propane one and I am fairly decent at it. But after smokin my first fatty I swear I may never grill again.
