Would like to say hi to everyone, My name is Ken and I am from the Carolinas'.
I have been in the Swimming Pool industry for 30 years mostly in Florida, I watched and learned to cook and smoke from my grandfather on his farm in the mountains since I was a size 6, now its a size............. anyway. I have owned many grills and smokers from homemade to store bought. Just recently I gave away all my worldly possessions and built an outdoor kitchen for myself and the family that hangs out all the time(wouldn't have it any other way).

So, hope the picture comes thru......... so hello everyone and Jeane.
Hope to learn a lot from all of you

Welcome to the forum Ken. Sounds like your a veteran at this smoking stuff. Looking forward to some of your q-view. Nice start on your outdoor kitchen. Was just wondering if you had a place for an umbrella to keep the sun off ya when your sipping a pop with friends and family?

If you're trying to add a picture to your sig line there is a size limit but I can't recall what it is right now-seems like my "forgetter" is working overtime today.

Welcome to SMF. Glad to have you here.
