With a trailer mounted smoker, Would traveling down the road with a fire going in the firebox be illegal or any laws against it? (Heated discussion sitting at the camp fire...lol)

Ive seen it done here.... not sure how well temps would hold as it would be really windy. Personally id foil wrap it til you got to your destination. Then put the food back on.

The one i saw at a stop light it was makin me hungry

Pretty sure that would be illegal because goals could fly out and start a fire. Also if any wind gets into the smoker its going to make your fire into a raging inferno and char your meat

Don't know about your state but I was told it is illegal in the state of Florida
