  1. Hey it's AJ from southern Minnesota here. Been smoking meat on a char griller smokin pro for bout a year now. Just getting the feel for tending a fire and how to read my smoke and how the weather affects my cooker. Looking to get a Lang smoker in the future but just getting a feel for smoking before I hop in a big rig. Well that about it. Can't wait to meet and learn from new people!

    Welcome to the site AJ.  Plenty of inspiration round here.  I daydream from time to time about having a need for a big smoker, but it's just the GF and I so I don't think that's gonna happen.  Hope you find the Lang of your dreams Brother.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

  7. Thinking of bringing out my smoker Sunday for Super Bowl an will post pictures as soon as dig her out from under a few feet of this lovely Minnesota snow
