I'd have separate competitions and those winners competing for the Grand Championship!

BGE, Primo owners vs Kamado kookers

WSM owners vs UDS cookers

Offset vs Reverse Flow

Propane vs Electric?

Give me some ideas for the pellet units etc....

Pellet units can be any category of smoking units; electric, charcoal, propane, stick, grill, etc.

I was thinking more of what kind of "friendly" competition a pellet group could belong to such as  Traeger vs Rectec  or Homemade versions of pellet cookers vs commercial made  like Traeger, Rectec, Yoder etc...

I think it'd be fun to have a bunch of sub categories competing with each other then those winners all competing.

I would like to see an "Outlaw Cook-off". Go for the absolute best and get it over with. Allow them to start on site at a time of their choosing, permit the use of multiple cookers if desired and of any kind.

No rules other than be done at a certain time.

FWI, of course you would have to figure out how to judge the sub categories.
