I want to buy two smokers from Lang but they never answer my emails or calls.

I've tried contacting Lang many times via email over the past six months and also called and left a message without any reply. Is this normal for Lang? I'm looking to buy two smokers and they just don't seem to want my business for some reason. Anyone have similar experiences?

Never dealt with them, but if I'd sent emails & left messages with them bout purchasing their product & had no responses.... I'd personally be real skeptical, what if you buy & had a problem?

I called the number on their website and left a message. I will let you know if I get a response.

Where are you located?   May be a good smoker builder close

We have a local fabricator who is legendary for his builds. Tried for a month to get in touch with him. Email, voice mail etc even stopped by his shop and left a note on his door. Never heard from him. SO he lost out on a 2500 buck build. Now I have a master fabricator doing the build in his spare time and it is looking real good so far.

Thanks for the replies guys. The smoker will be shipped out of the country via the San Francisco, CA area.

I was set on getting a Lang because they seem to be the biggest, most popular company for making the particular type of smoker, and I've seen it in action and tasted the results. I'm now considering other smoker builders. Off the top of your head, who are the major smoker builders in America you can think of?

I'll start the list off with:

Lang

East Texas Smoker Company

Gator

With Lang, I was planning on order an 84" Kitchen deluxe to be installed within a commercial kitchen. I was also planning on getting a 84" deluxe trailer unit with chargrill for catering.

Call during normal business hours. I did and spoke directly to Ben Lang. I don't think they're up-to-date with emails or messages. They did just start Instagram though.
Good luck with your business venture. Just curious, is this be a new restaurant and catering business or are you starting fresh?
