I opened the replacement Bradley last night, Seasoned it for about an hour and a half with Bradleys Special Blend Pucks, and am ready to go (Finally!) For tomorrow.

I think tomorrow is going to be a Chicken and Fish Day.

I'm thinking of a recipe I saw for smoked honey glazed Tilapia, and just some basic wings for her Maiden Smoke Voyage.

Will post up pics tomorrow of the process to see where it's all going to go wrong.  Haha.

One thing:  What's the best way to keep things from Sticking to the Grills?  I'm imagining a cleanup nightmare with the Honey Tilapia, so I'd like to nip it in the bud a bit.

Any cooking oil spray works, or you can just rub oil on the grates with a paper towel. I use Pam.
