A couple weeks ago I bought a used Charbroil elec smoker and all was well and smokey. Everything was tastin awsome, and then the thermostat burned out. No smoke = no flavor. Well I sold that to a newbie. What am I sayin, Me a newbie too. Any way he was happy with what he was takin home. I have since ordered a Masterbuilt 30" and should have it in my greasy hands this week I hope. Well, all the waitin and internet, and readin posts I have. I went ad ordered a sausage press and will be fixin to make a few batches of hot beef sticks soon. Ifn they turn out right, which is a 50/50 crap shoot fer me. Can anyone suggest something I can spend more money on, or should that hold me fer a few weeks

Meat grinder, meat mixer, meat slicer, Food Vac, etc. There is no end, because if you ever think you have reached it; then it is time to upgrade !!!

please forgive me if I have mis understood what you are saying, you sold a non working unit to some one who didn't know any better? I must not have understood something here. Perhaps he had something which would make it active again, darn, I am confused.

Do You take Pay Pal?
Thanks for all the great ideas on what to get next and I am sorry Lawdog, but I think I will get a vacum sealer!!! And just so ya all understand I did not rip the newbie that bought my broken smoker. He fully understood what he was buying and planned to use charcoal.

I'll go with Mo on this on then don't forget to add the new freezer, more spices, oh and by the time you order and recieve all this stuff don't forget you'll need a bigger smoker
