I smoked some thighs today

    and I usually do them on a regular grill with indrect heat. I smoked them on my uds in foil pans. they were really tender and came right off the bone and the skin did not pull all the way off on first bite, the problem was there was not agood smoke flavor and the rub came off with all the condensation from the pans. thoughts

    naw man sorry just wanted some thoughts on how others cook there thighs and the way i did mine today
