I screwed up!!! ... or Did I?

    What I had in mind was a nice rolled flat chicken breast loaded with smoked pork loin and white cheddar horseradish cheese....But what I ended up with was a shredded up holy mess. lol All because I was in a hurry and didn't let it completely de thaw before hammering it flat!

    The 007 wonder cooker and a wire basket to the rescue. [​IMG]

    ...oops screw up #2, I should have put this in the chicken...it was only stuffed with pork!  DOH!

    LOL, yes I sure could have wrapped bacon!  B, it's just a rare treat at my house though.  One it's spendy and secondly it's maaaybe not the healthiest so I keep it for "Once in a while" so then when I do  it's a special reward!

    That's why I don't do fatties or make bacon or sausages I'd eat myself to a tasty early death.

    I would eat it in a minute. Looks good to me. What's not to like? If you need help eating your mistakes, just let me know.
