Hello,

New to SMF and am loving all the knowledge and great people this forum has.

I have a charg-griller that has served my family very well. I never knew of the modifications one could make to such a standard "grill". which brings me to my next question: are the mods such as the dryer duct and baffles, good to install if grilling is mostly what it is used for?

Prolly just need to buy a NEW smoker

Welcome to the SMF Family...To answer your question...No...The Mods are for Smoking with that Char-Griller and the Baffle and Tuning Plates would have to be removed to use it as a Grill...Not a huge Deal but takes a little time to switch...I would get a dedicated Smoker...JJ
