Dusted this baby with rub, Wrapped it and put it in the fridge for about 18hrs. When I unwrapped it it almost smelt good enough to eat then!





I did 4-1 ratio of pecan and hickory and a AJ spritz

I don't usually finish in the oven but since I had to go look at a smoker to buy, I figured I would make a exception.
I couldn't hardly get this thing out of the foil without it falling apart!
This one had the perfect bark. Just the way I like it!
Man I sure love this stuff!

The Best thing about pulled pork is there is SOOOO many things you can do with it!

Sure does look good. I love the stuff too, wish I knew years ago how easy it is to make. Thanks to this site I did about 6 butts this summer.

You made me hungry for pulled pork. Now I have to go buy a butt rub it dwn and get it in the smoker! I am hungry!
 
Okay... now what am I supposed to do? I haven't even had breakfast yet and there ya go puttin' this picture of some good lookin', juicy pork in front of me... You made me start drooling and wanting some of that and all I've got is cold breakfast cereal. (SIGH)

Richtee - Agree on the pita bread as a nice alternative to the CWB for eating Q. (must be that Lebanese influence here near Detroit)
 
just seen this thread ............ and man am I glad I'm off to pick up 6 pork butts tomorrow ...... was gonna use em all for sausages ........... but me thinks 2 will get pulled
