    Yes.  Separate the fat from the juices and then pour it all back in.  Those juices are all flavor!

    Just did one Sunday . I used a drip pan to catch fat to 160 IT. I put it in another pan then to save juices to 203 IT. Worked out well.

    I like to smoke them in a pan too!

    They come out super juicy when you mix that pan juice back into the PP!

    You could make boiled dinner same way. Add your cabbage, carrots and potatoes. Lol. 😉
