I like big butts and I can not lie......

  1. Getting A bit of A late start on this Big Butt. All good though. More pics to follow. I used jeffs rub this time and may not foil for better bark. We shall see. There is quite A fat cap on this sucker and I didn't trim it so wish me luck.

  3. Wow that is a late start, post up some more pics along the way. 
  4. Well I got cooking at noon here. Going to be A late one. Might throw some injected wings on here in A while. Oh, and always ABT's.

  5. Just hit 170, going to foil this one in pan with apple cider.

  6. All foiled up. Took over an hour to get those last 3 degrees. Whew!

  7. This is the finished product. It fell apart when I took it out of the pan at 4am or so.....AWESOME!!! Thanks Jeff and all the other folks who help make this world tastier.
