    10 pounder, 24 hours no foil @ 225*ish, hickory for the smoke. Also did a batch of my smoked jalapeño BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
    Skipped a veggie, had a salad before dinner. Had a nice side of white rice mixed with a can of rotel.

    24 hrs!!!! Way to pull threw on that marathon smoke. Looks like a tasty smoke!

    Thanks guys!! I turned my wife on to bark, she doesn't like a foiled butt anymore. Lol. I just put the Mav in with the alarms set and let it ride and crust up.
