Hello my name is Roger and I might be an adddict...

I am 43, live in Vernonia, Oregon, married with 2 kids, bought a master craft vertical smoker last year year and have been playing with it ever since. I bought it not knowing if I would have the patience to cook something for hours. but I am looking at upgrading my smoker

I have been lurking around in here for almost a year now, and have already gotten some great tips from you, so thank you. I finally made something yesterday that i was impressed with enough to share. so I became a member so I could share and get your opinion of (I just posted it to the sauce forum but i don't know how to link it in here) it is an garlic apple glaze

here is the link http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/179651/garlic-apple-glaze (thanks tropics)

More to come I am sure
