I got the itch..

So I had a cookout the other day and used my gas grill to cook up a bunch of food for some friends.  After about three beers, I had a epiphany, why am I cooking on gas...  Anyhow I am currently in the process of building an UDS and am trying to get my dad to bequeath me his extra large big green egg (hes a vegitarian, what a waste).  I'm excited to get started on the build and finally cook meat the way the way it was intended to be cooked!!

 You will love the way a UDS cooks. Check the UDS build section here. Their are a lot of good ideas. I have both the UDS and a BGE as well as other toys.
