[h1]Ok i smoke with a MES 30 and i love it, but it is limited  so I decided   to build a all in one smoker .[/h1]
It will be a RF and will have a cold smoke too , i took some idea from Rich(SQWIB)

and from MAG409 and jumped in to it. my wife says i must be crazy that i lost it.

i hope not. time and the smoke will says

first part is self explanatory

Way to go man, looking forward to the Build...make sure to throw in a log lighter and preheat burner...trust me on this
 
Looks good Ahron.  I don't have a pic right now, but my buddy took a piece of round tube, cut in half lengthwise,  and welded it over the damper rod.  He drilled a hole through the center of the tube and welded a nut to it.  I then added a handle to this so that you can move the damper anywhere you want and lock it down in that position.  I'll get a pic of this and post it up for you.

In This step i tried to remove a coting from the inside of the tank with heat

for 12 hours no luck i then send it to a Friend for sand blasting

Yup---Looking good!!!

My Son did that to his monster smoker---Hard to believe what sand blasting can do!!!
