Hello my name is CRANKO or John. I have been smoking for a year. I try to smoke every weekend . I have a propane Mastercraft 30 inch smoker. I have used your site for advice. I  love making pork shoulder and brisket the most. I also love chicken in the smoker. Tried allot of different wood type and think cherry is my favorite. I just started a post asking for help on some Turkey Legs that turned out very bad . Looking for help on the Turkey.
