Just another instance of having no intention to fire up the smoker but having no choice after viewing all the threads, q-view etc. I just put on about 5 pounds of country style ribs with Jeff's rub, about 1 1/2 hours ago. I've got some initial pics taken and I'll take more here in a bit. I'm smoking them at about 250 degrees and using hickory. I'm starting an apple juice "spritz" here in a bit. Once I'm done I'll post all q-views.
