NW Ohio - outside Toledo
Had p/u a brisket on Tues., waiting for weather and the O.K. from Trish(the leg thingy). Had some Eggs , Tomatoes , Brats , Chicken thighs , fried some Corn and fired up "FLO".

Started at 4pm and expect to be done around 8am Sat.
Fast forward.....


My Son helped (a teaching session-he don't think so...) , and I supervised the activities.




The Eggs were great and I made Devils out of them,



Prepped the Brisket,put it on and got comfy:





Let her go with Cherry,Oak and Hickory all night...this morning I pulled it and plated for a shot of pron...




Coconut pie courtesy of the neighbors...
Enjoy and that made me feel better

damn, i worked all day and i was already hungry, but now i'm @#$% starving! keep up the good work. smoked eggs? i'll have to try that for myself. UB
 
Thats one good looking plate of food there stan. I hated having to get wet tring to smoke in the rain so we built a roof over my head.
 
Dang nice bunch of food you made and real nice smoke too. Looks like you are the brisket-master of your driveway!
