Picked this up a couple weeks ago and took from the freezer yesterday to smoke today. I didn't notice until this morning that it was labeled "smoked, ready to cook" rather than "fully cooked, ready to heat".
If it's already smoked isn't that considered ready to eat?
I put it on at 8:00 and we're not looking to eat until 4:00 so that should be enough time, right?
The description threw me for a bit of a loop and I'm just wanting to make sure everything will turn out ok.

Thanks in advance for the help.
