a little about my self, I am from Green Bay WI and I am a season BBQ/smoker/pig roaster master. I have been using la caja china as a method of choice for roasting whole small to medium size pigs. Like many people I am a handy man and self though griller. There is not much to say other than I enjoy cook outs.
