Ok first of all I am not a pro bbqer just a little more knowledgeable/obsessed then most people I know. I sent my Sis here to learn more than I can explain in a couple emails and so she will have better info at her finger tips than I can provide.

Take care of her shes a nice person and Sis if you want to call me your ProBro thats ok but don't tell people here I am one cause there are plenty of much more professional people than me lurking here.

So take a long cold drink from the tall cup of knowledge here and come back often for more, you will learn something everytime you do.
