Husker Hello!

My name is Todd and I'm in Lincoln Nebraska. I've been coming to this site for years to gain info! Like they say...knowledge is power. I've been smoking meats for about four years. I'm using a chargriller duo without a firebox. (And no mods) Thus...the indirect method, and it works. Actually my neighborhood loves my BBQ! Well something inside of me wants more. I did the usual mods and joined the forum!

Welcome, I was going to buy the Duo, but I am kind of a purest and don't like the way gas cookers burn. I guess you can say I am a little skittish of propane all together as I have been near a blow out. They do look like an awesome set up though. Happy smoking
