Very nice looking stuff there.I like the bacon and the sausage you have smoked. Is that a GOSM with a hot plate you have there. I happen to have one that developed a gas leak so I thought I just mite use it for sausage (hopefull will start making very soon) and bacon and all around cold smoker. Just one more tip on the picture (Qview) use the 640x800 size some of us are OLD and have bad eye site.
 
Yes it is. I used a hotplate with a temp controller. If you click on the pics, they get a little bigger.
 
Well we know that but there is no need to have to ciick and and return or click the next pic when you can upload it right the first time.

Here is an example from Photobucket and it is free. There is a very good turtorial here, actually a few.
