YUM!:drool Great looking rump and veggies... YUM! BUT .. best of all I heard frenchie dippie sammies with leftovers!!.. YUM!!

CONGRATS and the hitch ;)

Thanks!!!

Tonight is gonna be open face and French dip sandwees. Garlic mashed taters and some sort of veggies. We are all the veggies last night!

A little Wasabi mayo, a nice ripe store bought tomato, a bowl full of Au Jus, oh yeah!!! Only thing better would have been gravy and garlic mashers!

Nothing wrong with swimming beef!

Enjoy!!!!

Well Case and Mike, I guess I'm not doing a whole briskey this weekend. Ma D just called from the grocery store and said "them suckers are huge, you're not going to get one to fit that little smoker!" So I told her to look at some brisket flats and her reply was "I'm not spending $5.00 a pound for brisket!" Said she was going to go look at some chuck roasts. Maybe I can talk her into a whole packer and seperate the point from the flat - I do have two racks and my mini is set up for 2 levels. Hmmm-going to give it a try. . . wish me luck!

I always thought putting the point in the lower rack and the flat up top would work great! Looking forward to seeing the smoke!
