I am selling a used Commercial Ole Hickory BBQ SSRD Smoker with a trailer. This thing is HUGE and will cook a lot of food. The smoker is insulated and made out of stainless steel and diamond plate on the out side. It has electric fans inside to cook evenly. This cost over $15,000 brand new. I had plans on using this smoker but I had to change my plans and unable to use this. This has been sitting and is not being used. Everything was working when it was removed from the restaurant. It also comes with a electric fan vent with misc parts that goes on top so it can be placed inside a building. The smoker was set up for natural gas but can be converted to propane. It has a drain on one side for easy cleaning. Here are some rough measurements of the smoker and the cooking racks. The racks are removable. 1st Cooking rack: 46" deep x 59" long 2nd Cooking rack: 41.5" deep x 59" long 3rd Cooking rack: 41.5" deep x 59" long 4th Cooking rack: 35.5" deep x 59" long Fire box for the wood to burn in: 18" diameter x 40" deep Over all smoker height including the stand is 80" tall )plus 8" for the small vent on top) Smoker length: 120.5" long (not including the drain pipe) Smoker width 51.75" wide. I recently mounted it on a small cheap car hauler type trailer that tilts. It is home made and has mobile home axles, tires/rims. It has a brand new jack, wiring, 2" coupler and (3) brand new yellow racketing straps that are rated for 3,333 pounds EACH. Located in Fort Myers, FL 33905.
