I am a operations manager for an electrical company, I have been smoking meat for many years now, mostly old family favourites, like smoked sausage, over the pass year I have had the pleasure of meeting some amazing people who do this on a competitive level, and they have shown me that there is a lot more you can smoke besides sausage.
