I stopped by here to find info on a fridge build. Looks like a very informative forum with a lot of folks willing to help out.
I spend a lot of time on Texasbowhunter.com as I am relatively new to bowhunting and it too is full of great people that want to help out the newbies.
My hobbies are hunting and fishing. I prefer to eat wild game and try not to purchase much meat from the store. If I want a good beef steak, I have my favorite place to go eat one. Otherwise, I prefer to do all of my own meats, grilled over wood or smoked.
I'm building a fridge conversion to do cold smoking in. I began making my own sausage last year and plan to smoke 3 to 4 times as much of it this year.
