Hey all,

I've been a long time lurker. I currently have an ECB, which has done well for our smoking needs. I've smoked just about everything in it: ribs, brisket, sausage, shoulders and yardbirds. This past thanksgiving I smoked a 15 pound turkey in it, which was a tight fit but came out delicious.

I'm thinking about upgrading to a GOSM in the future, as we're outgrowing the ECB.

I'm in Florida, where it's fine BBQ weather year round.

Welcome to the site LutzNutz.
Bet you Florida boys have a great time laughing with your BBQs while a good portion of the rest of us are smoking in 3 feet of snow

First off welcome to SMF lutz. I'm also in Fla I'm in the Jacksonville area and there are quite a few of us tho out the state. If you are going to upgrade unless you can find a big block GOSM I would look at the smoke vault 24" first. I have both of them and like the vault more. It's alot bogger nad I can fit just about anything I want into it also. So welcome and enjoy cause this place ROCKS.

Welcome to the SMF. It reads like you've got some smokes under your belt. It's all good my friend.
