Hi everyone. Just finished building the old "Pine Box" smoker and running a batch of riblets, aka. button ribs, through it. It did a great job and the riblets were super. Have 10 lbs. of Canadian bacon brining for a Sunday smoke. Thanks to Cowgirl for the recipe, stole it from her site. I,ve been BBQing brisket and ribs for several years and just got into curing and smoking meat. Hoping I can steal a few secret tips from ya'll. I love to hunt deer and hogs and we have plenty of wild hogs around here. My second favorite hobby is making homemade beer and wine. Actually that is my third favorite, drinking it is my second. Looks like a great site, I'll be doing alot of reading.

Thanks,
Don
