Perry here in Oklahoma. We are a logging and sawmill company. We have the pleasure of all kinds of wood for our smoking and grilling. Been using a blend of mesquite and pecan for our monthly church dinners. Seems to be working well good flavor!

Has anyone used peach or Apple wood for smoking? Just had a new hire bring me a 1/4 rick of each! Never used either!

Guess I will have to try it next weekend! Getting ready for my ol'faithfil mix of pecan, mesquite in a cooler with a bottle of jack poured over it add water stir daily! Real smooth!
