Hey Yall,

Just thought I'd drop in and introduce myself. I live in Denver, CO and have been smoking delicious tasty meats for about 10 years now and am a member of the Rocky Mountain BBQ Assn. I currently have a custom trailered 250 gal reverse flow offset pit that I am working on modifying to fit whole hogs. I also have a backyard traditional offset pit, a 22" WSM, and a smokin tex electric unit. And a patient and understanding wife.

I will be going part time commercial soon. I'm from Ft. Worth TX originally and light every fire I smoke with with post oak.

Happy to be here!

Welcome to SMF!  Glad you're here with your arsenal of smokers and a wife on the short list for Saints.  Sounds like you'll find success quickly in your commercial endeavor due to your experience, equipment, and genetics (BBQ is in the genes of Texans).

Have fun!
