Hey everyone! Todd here posting from Arlington Texas. I just bought a new Oklahoma Joe's Highland smoker.

I am an airline pilot and I like to carry the stuff from the smoker with me on the road because BBQ in the northeast just doesn't measure up to my Texas tastebuds!

I look forward to sharing in tips and tricks with the group.
