RMMurray out of NC here. I've been grilling with propane and propane accessories for many years now and I'm itching to try my hand at smoking. I've come across many recipes throughout the years that call for low and slow, indirect heat and I've always said to myself, "Self, we need a smoker!" I've been a Weber fan for a long time and have just been taken aback to the many mini wsm builds on here. I love the consept and can't wait to build one. I've learned so much from you guys over the past few weeks and figured that it wouldn't be fair to steal all of your ideas without at least letting you know who I am. So, thanks for the plans, I'll be posting pics and stealing recipes soon!
