Hi there.  New guy here.  I hail from Texas just outside of the Dallas area. Been lurking for a spell gathering some knowledge. Finally bit the bullet and did a smoke house build.  I did a post over in the House forum shows a pic.  Take a look, I'll welcome any suggestions.
