Just happen to stumble on to this site and after 30 min., I love it! I've been smoking meat for 30+ years and on this site is the first I've heard about white smoke. No wonder sometimes the meat has a bitter taste. I use a Kingsford barrel grill/smoker and go thru one every two years or so. I smoke/grill two or three times a week. I'm considering in investing in an Egg Ceramic grill/smoker. Any one here ever had any experience with this grill? Other than a bit pricey, I like the looks of it Thanks and looking forward to seeing you online!
