Just happen to stumble on to this site and after 30 min., I love it! I've been smoking meat for 30+ years and on this site is the first I've heard about white smoke. No wonder sometimes the meat has a bitter taste. I use a Kingsford barrel grill/smoker and go thru one every two years or so. I smoke/grill two or three times a week. I'm considering in investing in an Egg Ceramic grill/smoker.
Any one here ever had any experience with this grill? Other than a bit pricey, I like the looks of it
Thanks and looking forward to seeing you online!

My son has a Big Green Egg (BGE) and I wish that I had one instead of either the propane or the electric smokers that I do have. H can put a brisquite on in the morning and then go to work for 8 hours. the briskit will turn out excellently. Google kamado grills there are several other producers of that type smoker grill that you can shop and compare.
Hope this helps. GO COCKS!

thanks bluefrog! That's what I have heard about smoking all day. The money I save on charcoal and wood chunks would probably pay for it in a year. I'll look at the website you recommended too! I've been a gamecock since 1955 and I tell people I have the scars on my wrist to prove it. Thank God for baseball season!

thanks to all for the warm welcome! It fits with the work we all love to do
